Viewing your fonts


The image above is a partial screencap from a useful site called (?why) flipping typical.

Go to the site and type whatever you want on the second line; it then displays your entry in various fonts that are stored on your computer. Not all your fonts (many people have hundreds), but apparently you can add additional choices by typing the font name on the top black line.

Many Mac users have had WYSIWYG pull-down font menus for a decade, and there are other programs that accomplish this same effect, but this one is easy and quick if you're already logged on while composing your document.
